With the manner in which he blends Ghanaian highlife with afro Beats, Reggae/Dancehall and other sounds. It widens his reach and potential.
The hottest sensation, Jahplaka has delivered a new single “Solitude”, which features Shado.
This song finds Jahplaka querying rhythmically “Who says that big man don’t cry??”, with a smooth warm voice backed by that of Shado. Jahplaka wails on “Solitude” with pensive and mind-stimulating lyrics, sharing his thoughts on transforming the state of grief and loneliness into that of solitude.
He asks, in regards to the widespread ideology of men needing to be tough and not shed tears because they are men, Shado then fills the space with an energetic second verse and elusive style.
The single is an afrobeat infused with modern-day dancehall, & was produced by Kweku Billz.
